This notice explains how Novak Consulting Ltd ("Vitality Tracker", "we") handles personal data submitted through this business website — vitalitytracker.io. It covers only this site. The consumer application at vitalitytracker.app has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
We collect only what you enter in the "Request the Dossier" form: your name, company email address, company, the interest type you select, and any optional message. We do not collect anything else on this site, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use these details for one purpose: to review your request, decide which dossier edition fits, and contact you about it by email. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form. We never sell or share your details, and we do not add you to any marketing list.
How long we keep it
We retain dossier requests for up to 24 months so we can manage ongoing conversations, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored on secure servers operated on our behalf, and a notification email is sent through our email provider. Because our infrastructure is currently hosted in Australia, your data may be processed and stored outside the European Economic Area. We apply appropriate safeguards and keep access limited to the founder.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the details you submitted, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Analytics
We measure aggregate, anonymous traffic using a privacy-first analytics tool that sets no cookies and does not track you across websites. We do not use Google Analytics or marketing pixels, so no cookie banner is needed.
